  • Wayne Miller

    Wayne is a Wirangu man living in Ceduna. Wayne is married with three young girls and is the CEO of Ceduna Aboriginal Corporation. Wayne is passionate about youth leadership and ensuring his community are empowered to make decisions through choice not chance. Wayne is a member of the South Australian Aboriginal Advisory Council, and also advises the South Australian Government on factors contributing to Aboriginal reoffending stop the revolving door on our prisons. Wayne is a Board Member of the Far West Community Partnerships and is a member of the Local and Regional Indigenous Voice Co-Design Group.

    In his spare time Wayne enjoys barracking for the Koonibba Roosters!

  • Zell Dodd

    Zell Dodd was born and went to school in a small country town called Naracoorte, in the south east of SA (not far from Mount Gambier) and is a proud descendant of the Ngarrindjeri people, and the Kaurna/Nurrunga people.

    She has a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise in the areas of Aged Care (Home and Community Care and Flexible Aged care), SA Health (service delivery and re-design, workforce and strategic planning), Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol in the government and non-government sectors. National Health Workforce (Planning and implementing key commonwealth Policies, developing contracts and monitoring and providing the secretariat function).

    Zell has extensive experience in working for and with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in shaping health services, systems and structures, including the judicial system, and addressing and eliminating racism. Zell was appointed to the Indigenous Voice National Co-Design Group in January 2020.

  • Jessie Sleep

    Jessie is a Kokatha woman who lives in Ceduna. Her guiding professional objective is to contribute to the advancement of her community and to be an effective and inspirational leader.

    Jessie has previously worked in leadership roles at Yadu Health and was recently appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the newly formed Far West Community Partnerships backbone organisation for the Far West Coast region. Jess also currently contributes to the South Australian Gambling Advisory Committee and has formed input into other key groups such as 24/7 response and alcohol harm reduction and Ceduna service reform.

    Jess has a passion for business improvement. With her project management training and experience, Jess is known for being highly organised in her management approach. Jess has been a key mentor and guide for many corporate and government secondees contributing to the Ceduna region, and was a Jawun Emerging Leader in 2019.

    Jess is also mum to Isobel and William and partner to Leon.
