How to use
1. Put the finger splint into 60-70 ℃ hot water for 1-3 minutes.
2. After it is activated, it could become soft and pliable, put it back and dry it with a soft cloth.
3. Place the splint in a position where the patient needs to be fixed for shaping while paying attention to the fixed angle. It can be operated for 3-5 minutes at room temperature.
4. Within 3 minutes, it could become rigid and fixed.
5.After fixing, you can also use fixing tape to reinforce.
6.If the shaping and fixation are unsuccessful, it can be placed in the water again for a second shaping. After the edema disappears, it can be shaped again to avoid stretches. Attention:
1. Don’t put the splint into hot water more than 80 ℃ , storage in room temperature.
2. Don’t let the splint stay in hot water more than 10 minutes.
3. When the material is heated and softened, it is not allowed to take out the splint when it is not completely softened, so as not to affect the effect.
4. Clean the product with neutral soap and cold water, and keep it away from heat sources, such as microwave ovens. If the temperature exceeds 50℃, the product will be deformed;
5. When it is worn on the body, it is forbidden to use a heat gun to directly heat the splint.
