    Wayne is a Wirangu man living in Ceduna with his wife and three young girls. Wayne was recently appointed CEO of Ceduna Aboriginal Corporation. He is passionate about youth leadership and ensuring his community is empowered to make decisions through choice not chance. Wayne is a member of the South Australian Aboriginal Advisory Council and also advises the South Australian Government on factors contributing to Aboriginal reoffending stop the revolving door on our prisons. In his spare time Wayne enjoys barracking for the Koonibba Roosters!

    Zell Dodd was born and went to school in a small country town called Naracoorte, in the south east of SA (not far from Mount Gambier) and is a proud descendant of the Ngarrindjeri people, and the Kaurna/Nurrunga people. She has a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise in the areas of Aged Care (Home and Community Care and Flexible Aged care), SA Health (service delivery and re-design, workforce and strategic planning), Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol in the government and non-government sectors. National Health Workforce (Planning and implementing key commonwealth Policies, developing contracts and monitoring and providing the secretariat function). Zell has extensive experience in working for and with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in shaping health services, systems and structures, including the judicial system, and addressing and eliminating racism.
